The posting frequency is a bit disappointing. 14 chapters in 10 months? The complete book has been available on amazon for ages. Would one chapter a week be so hard to do?.

Well I'm trying for two chapters a month but the last two months have been pretty rough. But you should see a second chapter this month in just a few days.
