Talking of tits,you say "not only are they pendulous but they are still high and shapely like an ingenue". My dictionary says that pendulous means hanging down or drooping. (It is an Oxford English Dictionary). Perhaps American ones have a different meaning.
Hence the use of "not only ... but " to indicate a paradox. OK, it could have been better. :-(
