watched this evolve on your thread;

and I like it just fine, then as now;

the only word that seems out of place

is the last one, last line, 2nd stanza;

maybe I need wash down some dust & it'll sound better.....

This delightful rendering comes riding right out of the old West. Even has Cowboys. A delightful Poem.
