What’s going on with Dee?

She’s getting off on the mistress thing. Is that because Carl wants that or something else?

I’m enjoying the ride, so far.

Will Carl use the gem on men, too? Is that possible?

Carl doesn't need to have the gem affect men. He can control them through their women. He can use the stone to control the dean's candidate, or even better the dean's wife or daughter. Julie's grown daughter should be a viable addition too. In fact, in your past stories, you have not been averse to family love, so I would love to see some mom/daughter, sister/sister, cousins, etc, when it fits the story, such as Julie and her daughter. Maybe even Carl and Dee have a daughter. Great story, and Iook forward to much more, as well as John Smith. Five stars only because I can't give more.

I like them and I can easily imagine how they could be worked into the story. Unable to affect the minds of men could be an interesting weakness. A little family togetherness may be possible.

One of the things I really enjoy while reading a story is that it often includes a lot about the local city and area the tale is set in, in this case Las Vagas, ... While I have visited Vagas, I do not know it well, and have never been on the UNLV campus at all, ... thanks for sharing, ... ;-) TTFN
