awake at night just like an owl
the predator was on the prowl
all senses were alert and ready
every stride was set intent and steady

worn, but high on adrenaline
there was no help, no cure, no medicine
the itch stronger and stronger over weeks
hunger trapped between sateless cheeks

the prey would fall, no doubt
a longed-for victim to the scout
not in time, but out of season
the prey was hunted with grave reason

each foreign step they would stalk
among the trees around their lough
there always was a guard to watch
all misdeed they would scotch

fiery eyes looked down the hill
fists clenched tight with no goodwill
knees bent down behind a bush
the moment came for the ambush

up, along a winding path
unaware of lurking wrath
hidden by the shrubs wayside
the stranger took the climb in stride

watching, waiting
heart pulsating
breath trapped
tension snapped

The huntress rose and leapt
with all the anger she had kept
her prize was taken down
to the wet ground’s brown

trained to end it fast
soon, he would breathe his last
her dagger in tight embrace
one last moment face to face

in his eyes a spark she saw
ice inside began to thaw
a mortal scratch to her certainty
whatever she had believed so fervently

aghast of first scruple
doubts were soon decuple
what sort of effect
stopped her to act?

she no longer wished him death
but instead stole his next breath
A kiss, wild and brutal
all of her drill now inutile

motions flowed from her lips
spreading down, to chest and hips
from its lair deep inside
hunger rose, a crashing tide

lust unshackled from its chains
drifted in her pulsing veins
washed ashore into her hands
and ripped apart his garment’s bands

moving down along his pecs
she came to rest between his legs
searching in his trousers’ slot
fingers found a solid rod

from the middle of his joints
the direct center of his loins
she fiddled out his erect prick
her tongue saluted with a flick

appetite turned into greed
desire born from tiny need
bathed in saliva forth and back
both lost in bliss, down on the muddy track

coming to her senses
exposed of her defenses
she rose and raced to bare her skin
forgetting what was called a sin

she sat on his lap in blind bliss
placing, down there, a wet kiss
sheathed in her nether mouth
internal fervor did arouse

on this newfound foundation
she enjoyed an unknown sensation
all the vibes he could deliver
made her pelvis bounce and shiver

ears aware, eyes shut tight
moaning echoes filled the night
lovers’ organs sang in duet
on the stage their bodies met

accompanied by wild gyration
their motions reached an escalation
when the hunger had been stilled
nature’s task, at last, fulfilled

what the once virgin lad
had nowhere found in any bed
his arms now held in tight embrace
a tear of joy dropped on his face

the one and only ever mate
to trap a lough’s warrior maid
what rejoiced the short term victor
by hidden guards was judged much stricter
