Its a New Year
I thought I was healed
That I could live without you
But everywhere I look I see you
Overtime I start thinking that you're not right for me
You show me all the ways that we're perfect for each other
I wish you could see that
I wish you could see why we would work
It amazes me how you don't see what I do
But it's a new year
Everything and Anything is possible
And while I am not holding my breath
I am still hoping that the New Year means it could be a new us
I just want the chance at making you happy, it's all I've wanted since the day we met.
