She did all her exercises in the nude.
It helped improve her whole attitude.
She did jumping jacks
Without t-shirts or slacks,
And it simply was lifting her mood.

She did squats without shorts or underpants.
And naked with the Stars she would dance.
Before a mirror she’d pose
Without any clothes,
To wear sweats there was just not a chance.

They gave her a show on TV.
They thought the people should see
A lovely young maid,
Who wasn’t afraid
To be naked and totally free.

I have a friend in Arizona. Her has it at the top of a small hill with a house on each side. She also has a very high fence around the back yard. So, it is very difficult to see into her back yard.

She told me every morning she drops whatever she is wearing and swims in the nude in her pool as no one can see her. She laps swims and does other exercises out of the pool.

One day she walked out nude and she said something didn't feel right. She stood there looking around, nude. She didn't see anything out of place and then she heard a cough.

She looked up to see four men reroofing the neighbors house, all looking at her. She ran back into the house. Now she always looks out before going to do her work out.

I've written stories in head of her getting gang banged by the four men.
