Coming February 2023:
The Second Annual Pink Orchid Story Event for Women-Centric Erotica
The Inaugural Pink Orchid Event was so much fun for authors and readers, and we're happy to see it return for a second year!
Event creator and organizer Omenainen explains the concept:
Theme of the event: sex positivity and women as the subjects of their own lives. Women in control of their own pleasure and passion. Erotic tales where women make sense and have agency. The aim is not to turn tables and write femdom, male-bashing or revenge stories, but produce sex positive stories of women existing for their own sake and living, loving and lusting on their own terms. This event is open for absolutely everyone. Stories are not limited by anything other than Literotica's standard rules - you can write in any category.
Please read all the rules and guidelines to make sure your work is included in this special anthology/author challenge.
Pink Orchid: Story Event for Women-Centric Erotica
Open to all authors provided they read and understand the concept.organizer: Omenainen
challenge date: stories submitted & posted December 1st-February 28th 2023, final anthology list posted on March 8th (International Women's Day)
Rules & Guidelines
1. Write a story in which a female character has agency and makes sense on her own terms.
2. Because this is a challenge - not a contest - you may enter your story in both this event and the Valentine's Day Story Contest. (Be sure to read and follow the Valentine's Day story contest rules once they are posted).
3. Post your story in December of 2022 to February of 2023.
4. You must include the phrase "PINK ORCHID" in the "Notes to Admin" field so that Lit can find the stories and add them to the challenge.
Please see the Official Pink Orchid 2023 Support Thread if you have questions, need clarification, or just want to discuss the event with the participating authors.
If you've got an idea for a themed writing challenge, feel free to contact us anytime! We're open to anyone organizing a new event.
And if you're looking for a fun way to stretch your skills, check out our list of current author-organized challenges!
From all at Literotica a big thank-you to the readers who have supported the site and the writers by way of views, votes and comments.
